Great weekend

I am just wrapping up an amazing weekend. The weather could not have been nicer! I got to spend alot of time with the family this weekend. Saturday ...worked on the mower and got the yard look'n good and Saturday night Me, Stacy, Shyann and Luke all went to Robin Northern's wedding reception. Luke stayed for the first couple of hours and then had to take him to his Gma's house but went back to hang out with friends. Shyann tore up the dance floor and had an amazing guitar solo. She's gonna be the life of the party in high school. We start therapy on Monday.....

Sunday.....absolute amazing day! Luke had a game today. He went 2 for 3 with two doubles!!! It was so hot! He played at 2pm (make up game from last Tuesday). My mom and dad came today. Stacy's mom and dad was there as well. After the game we went to Bernie to my parents house for some victory strawberry shortcake. After getting my butt whooped in a game of hillbilly golf we came home and grilled some steaks. We were able to just chill on the back deck most of the evening. I love this time of year. We did get to watch a movie tonight. We watched Taken. Pretty scary to think there are people out there with the sole intent to hurt others for profit. I know this wasn't based on a true story but wonder how often this stuff happens?!?

Starting another work week in the a.m. Still a couple of doc short so plan on seeing lots of sick kids. Good note....only a 4 day work week for me. I am off Friday....which is...THE 18FORELIFE BANQUET!! We are also playing in the golf tourney the next day. That's for another day and another blog.

Look out summer...here I come

Ahhh...Summer! My favorite time of the year.

We have a busy summer planned. The Blockers will be in Panama City Beach in June. I love that place. The beaches are beautiful and we love all the awesome resturants. My favorites are Pineapple Willys, Sharky's, and Captin Anderson's. We are spending a week there this year. We have a beach house. I don't know who will have more fun....the kids or Stacy and I.

The summer also brings golf! We are playing in the annual 18ForeLife tourney again this year. My team consists of me, Marcus, Todd, and Brad. We played in it last year and had a blast. It is the most fun tourney I have ever played in.

Sports....Luke is playing baseball. Shyann is playing volleyball. Shy loves volleyball and her team is amazing. She plays with a great group of girls that all love the game very much. Stacy is able to coach them. Luke is starting to really love golf as well. We enjoy our time together at the golf course.

Summer also means....KENTUCKY LAKE! We go with Todd and Kriste McGowan and we go visit Tyler and Carla Crytes. It is like another world over there. It is a place where I can go and not worry about anything. No work.....just chillaxin! To bad we only get to go a couple of times a year. We were able to meet some super nice people over there and we wish we could hang out more often.

I can go on all night about summer activities but I need to get off here and go to work on my farm. Farmtown is an application on Facebook that is like crack cocaine! It is way addictive. ....and fun! It is a place we hang out at night and all my facebook friends are on as well and we get to chat and have fun "pick'n" each others crops!

My First Blog

Why not...everyone else is doing it. My wife has a blog....my sister...my friends the Boles....so why not me. Except I doubt I keep up with us like those people do, but I will try. I use to blog when I had a myspace account but now since I deleted it and only use facebook, my blogging days disappeared. I'm getting ready to call Stacy down and help me Pimp My Blog so I don't look like a retard.
